What is included in the initial setup?

The initial setup includes setting up the chatbot with the questions from your FAQ or chat transcript.

What is human handover?

When the chatbot cannot answer a user question, it can suggest handing over the query to a rep.

What is a stored answer?

Stored answers are all possible answer the chatbot can provide to your customers. A stored answer can be triggered by a number of different questions (e.g. “what’ your refund policy”, “how do I get a refund” and “I want a refund” could all trigger the same stored answer)

What's the difference between standard and custom chatbot flow?

The standard chatbot flow will request users to input their question and display related answers in a text format. Custom chatbots flows can include conditions and can display data coming from external APIs.

How can I pay?

Why is WhatsApp only included in the Enterprise plan?

WhatsApp chatbots have special requirements and pricing. They will therefore require extra setup in order to be built.
